Produced and bottled by José Maria da Fonseca & Van Zeller from the Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Franca varieties planted in a small 3.5 hectare vineyard located in the valley of the Rio Torto (Cima Corgo), Domini Plus optimizes the excellence of douro varieties and wines. The harvest took place in mid-September, under optimal weather conditions. The grapes were fermented in a lagar, fully desengaçadas, and trodden on foot throughout the fermentation that lasted about seven days.
