Of all the Port producing houses, Taylor’s is the one that holds one of the largest and oldest reserves of Port wines aged in oak casks. In these reserves, a very rare selection of Single Harvest Port wines is selected. These Port wines come from a single year and reach their maturity in oak casks, showing the year of the harvest on their label.

| Test Results | Deep mahogany color with discreet olive reflections on the rim. Very fine and elegant nose, with an opulent core of wild honey, molasses and caramel butter with insinuating notes of black pepper and cinnamon. Aromas of the cedar box of cigars, delicious fragrances of wild herbs and a discreet aura of fresh mint, add an additional layer of complexity. The perfectly calibrated palate is evidenced by a fresh acidity and presents a richness of rich and soft flavors, molasses, dried figs, sultanas and apricot. The finish is clean and shiny, with notes of ripe pear, mint and discreet spicy citrus notes. |
| Gastronomy | Accompanies sublime many desserts. It combines very well with flavors of figs, almonds and caramel. It is also excellent to accompany a cream-milk or a bowl of strawberries. It can also be enjoyed alone, at the end of the meal or with nuts and other nuts. Serve slightly chilled, ideally at a temperature between 12º and 16ºC. |
