Test Results	Golden color with a pinkish tone. In the fresh and fruity nose, of freshly made fruit juice, a cornucopia of white fruits, notes of peach and juicy grapes. It progressively opens in fine notes of pastries and cookies. It is a totally Italian genre, like a panettone with raisins. The malt notes are distinguished giving way to citrus aromas (clementine), a touch of oak and rustic notes (verbena, chamomile) .Taste of coffee, licorice, toasted oak, coffee grounds, a cigar that burns slowly. The aftertaste is completely licorice sweets. The refined bitterness quickly gives way to medicinal aromas: camphor, eucalyptus, ending in soft notes of barley malt.
