| Vinification | It is vinified in the winery of Qta da Leda, using grapes from plots located in Qta da Leda and neighboring vineyards, using refined technology. After destemming and gentle crushing, the grapes are sent to stainless steel vats, where the alcoholic fermentation takes place. During this phase, gentle macerations are carried out at a controlled temperature in order to extract the compounds that contribute to the color, aroma and flavor of the wine. |
| Test Results | Deep ruby color. Aroma of good intensity, with notes of black fruits, such as raisin and cherry, cocoa and chocolate resulting from a good maturation, balsamic aromas, resin and menthol, a wood present but well integrated, resulting in a very complex set. In the mouth it presents a good volume, round but firm tannins, balanced acidity, notes of black fruits, slightly floral and with a long and harmonious finish. |
