| Vinification | It is vinified in the Quinta do Seixo winery, using grapes from a vineyard on this property. The harvest is manual, and the grapes are selected in the vineyard and on reception at the cellar. After gentle crushing and total destemming, the grapes are sent to stainless steel vats, where alcoholic fermentation takes place. A long and gentle maceration is carried out at a controlled temperature. |
| Test Results | Ruby color with slight tile nuances. Aroma with intense notes of truffles and sous bois, pepper and ginger, light notes of licorice and a stony touch, with well-integrated wood. In the mouth it presents good volume, round tannins, lively acidity, showing notes of spices (pepper and light pepper) and with an extremely elegant finish. |
