Founded by Adriano Ramos Pinto in 1880, Casa Ramos Pinto quickly became known for its innovation and pioneering strategy. Associated with quality bottled wines, it established itself in the Brazilian market at the beginning of the 20th century and quickly became responsible for half of the wine exported to South America, while conquering generations of faithful connoisseurs in Portugal and Europe. These were natural consequences of a vanguard strategy, supported by the modernization of the selection, blending and aging circuits, constant wine research and the special care that Adriano Ramos Pinto devoted to the packaging and promotion of his wines. Ramos Pinto wines have thus become a benchmark for quality.

| Vinification | Two Quintas Red Wine Vinification 2019: the grapes, harvested manually in 150-kilogram boxes, are crushed and destemmed to then ferment in granite vats and stainless steel vats, where we extend the maceration for the time necessary to obtain a wine with the desired body and structure. After malolactic fermentation, 20% of the wine is aged in French oak casks, 30% in vats and the remainder is aged in stainless steel vats for 12 months. |
| Test Results | In the mouth it is concentrated, with a compact structure, silky and well-tuned tannins. In its complexity, notes of blackberries and licorice stand out. In the nose, ripe and intense, vinous, where the scent of plums and wild fruits stands out; after shaking they transform into complex balsamic notes. |
