The third Diplomatic Distillery Collection rum, No. 3, is a complex spirit and body produced with the quality of molasses sugar. Aged in ex-bourbon barrels. This rum was only produced from copper although the distillery was Diplomatic Honey 1959. This batch distillation system was originally used in Scotland to produce whiskey.
