This wine is always produced from a single vineyard. At each harvest a different one is chosen. The goal each year is to bottle a different micro terroir from the Douro Valley. Each crop is identified by a colored dot on the capsule.

| Vinification | Individual selection of bunches on carpet of choice, total desengace followed by gentle crushing of the berries. Fermentation in mini lagares, where we combine the traditional foot step with manual Pigeage. Fermentation temperature control. Internship in new French oak barrels for 19 months. Throughout the production process of this wine was addressed a minimalist oenological attitude to ensure the whole personality. Wine not filtered or stabilized by cold. |
