Burmester is a prestigious wine brand, representing the entire history and tradition of the Douro. In 1730, Henry Burmester and John Nash founded a cereal company in London, before moving to Vila Nova de Gaia in 1750 to bring Port Wine to Britain and Europe. The company went on for generations until, in 1834, Johann Wilhelm Burmester - a direct descendant of Henrique - landed in Porto. Beginning as a simple clerk in a debt company, JWB continued to become a manager first and then to acquire the entity with all rights.

| Test Results | With an intense purple color, this wine is a Grande Reserva made with grapes from Quinta do Arnozelo. With a stratified aroma, it unfolds in successive waves of ripe black fruit, floral notes and spices. It seduces for its complexity and voluptuousness, acidity and deep solid structure. |
